Enjoy visiting this little cafe. They offer a variety of bagel sandwiches as well as a variety of types of bagels. They also have a variety of delicious freshly baked muffins. They have a coffee bar and other other beverages. The dining area is small but comfortable. Of course they do alot of carry out. The parking lot is small and often busy, but there is always spots available. It is in a busy area on West Main Street.

We come here every weekend and usually have a great experience. Today the employees were incredibly rude and when we left we realized they made us the wrong food. I went back and asked if they could make the right bagel and got a really nasty response. Another employee while making my food was slamming things around the kitchen (bagels paper etc) and then tossed my bagel on the counter. No one said sorry or any sort of normal response to making, what was, a genuine mistake. I’m not sure we will be coming back in the future

What was once a great stop for an authentic New York style bagel has turned into something barely better than store-bought. That unique taste is gone, and to make it worse, the sizes have gotten smaller while the prices have gotten higher. Losing that Big Apple quality makes it hard to justify stopping here anymore. It's a shame, as the staff is very nice and welcoming.

Great bagel place for lunch or breakfast. Had two bagels both really nice. Good coffee selection. The Asiago bagel was excellent and the bacon cheddar cream cheese was heavenly. Nice service. Nice place to grab a coffee, bagel or both. Would recommend and would visit again.

The best bagels and service in Kzoo in my opinion. The seasonal coffees are always tasty. The atmosphere is cozy and many times I'm greeted by name. I usually order a breakfast bagel sandwich of any kind and a lunch bagel. They are all good!
